• Advance amounts are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations.
• Check-in and checkout times follow standard hotel policies (12:00 PM check-in and 01:00 PM checkout).
• Additional charges for early check-in and late checkout are settled directly with the hotel.
• Rooms are subject to availability; base category rooms are provided unless otherwise specified.
• Guests requesting higher category rooms must pay the price difference directly to the hotel.
• Guests must carry a valid identity proof (e.g., Aadhar Card) during the tour.
• Transportation charges apply if guests book hotels far from the city or have their own hotel bookings.
• We are not responsible for lost items such as bags, wallets, jewelry, or other valuables during the trip.

Insurance:

• Travel insurance is available upon request and is covered by third-party providers.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the policy.
