Cancellation Policy

• Amendments or plan changes will incur a 20% charge of the total package booking.
• 30% of the package cost will be charged for cancellations after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
• Specific cancellation charges apply depending on the number of days prior to arrival: 35 days (30%), 25 days (50%), 15 days (80%), and 7 days (100%).
• No refunds for disruptions due to events beyond our control like riots, floods, accidents, or natural calamities.
• No refunds for mid-tour departures due to reasons such as death of a relative or illness.
